はじめにIntroduction

OshiraLabs（以下「当開発者」）は、Nonogram: Japanese Art Puzzle（端末上の表示名「Japanese Art Nonogram」、以下「本アプリ」）におけるプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報とその利用目的について説明するものです。

OshiraLabs ("Developer") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what information Nonogram: Japanese Art Puzzle (shown on your device as "Japanese Art Nonogram"; the "App") handles and how it is used.

本アプリの概要About This App

本アプリは、1日1枚、5×5のノノグラムを解き進めて浮世絵などの日本の名画を少しずつ開いていくパズルゲームです。アカウント登録はなく、氏名・メールアドレス・連絡先・位置情報など、ユーザーを特定する情報の入力を求めることはありません。

The App is a daily puzzle game in which you solve 5×5 nonograms to gradually reveal a Japanese masterpiece, such as an ukiyo-e print. There is no account registration, and the App never asks you to enter information that identifies you, such as your name, email address, contacts, or location.

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。

The App is not intended for children under 13.

端末内に保存する情報Information Stored on Your Device

本アプリは、ゲームの進行に必要な次の情報を端末内に保存します。これらは当開発者のサーバーへ送信されません。

The App stores the following information on your device to run the game. It is not sent to any server operated by the Developer.

• 完成させた作品の記録（日付・所要時間・解いた問題数・連続正解数・勢い・ミス数）Records of completed artworks (date, time taken, puzzles solved, streaks, momentum, mistakes)
• 途中まで解いた作品の進行状況Progress of an artwork you have not yet finished
• 摺り札（プレイ回数）の残数と、広告視聴による付与の回数Remaining play tokens and the number of tokens granted by watching ads
• 言語設定Language preference

これらのデータは、Android の自動バックアップ機能により、ユーザーの Google アカウントへバックアップされる場合があります（機種変更時の引き継ぎのため）。バックアップは Google が提供する機能であり、その取り扱いは Google のプライバシーポリシーに従います。バックアップは端末の設定から無効にできます。

This data may be backed up to your Google Account by Android's Auto Backup feature so that it can be restored on a new device. Backups are provided by Google and are governed by Google's privacy policy. You can turn off backups in your device settings.

利用状況の分析（Firebase Analytics）Usage Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

本アプリは、ゲームの難易度調整や改善のため、Google が提供する Firebase Analytics を使用しています。本アプリから送信するのは、次のようなプレイの統計情報に限られます。

The App uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, to tune difficulty and improve the game. The App only sends gameplay statistics such as the following:

• 問題の開始・完了、作品の完成（遊んだモード、作品・問題の識別子）Puzzle starts and completions, and artwork completions (game mode, artwork and puzzle identifiers)
• 所要時間・ミス数・解いた問題数Time taken, mistakes, and number of puzzles solved
• 摺り札の使用と、広告視聴による付与Use of play tokens and tokens earned by watching ads

これらに加えて、Firebase Analytics はアプリのインスタンスID、端末の機種・OSのバージョン、おおよその地域、アプリのバージョンなどを自動的に収集します。当開発者は、これらの情報をユーザー個人を特定する目的では使用しません。Firebase による情報の取り扱いは Firebase のプライバシーとセキュリティ および Google プライバシーポリシー に従います。

In addition, Firebase Analytics automatically collects information such as an app instance ID, device model, OS version, approximate region, and app version. The Developer does not use this information to identify individual users. Firebase's handling of data is governed by Privacy and Security in Firebase and the Google Privacy Policy.

広告（Google AdMob）Advertising (Google AdMob)

本アプリは、摺り札を追加で受け取るための任意のリワード広告に Google AdMob を使用しています。広告は、ユーザーが自分で視聴を選んだときにだけ表示されます。広告の配信にあたり、AdMob SDK により次の情報が収集される場合があります。

The App uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads that grant an extra play token. Ads are shown only when you choose to watch one. To deliver ads, the AdMob SDK may collect the following:

• 広告識別子（Advertising ID）Advertising ID
• IPアドレス、端末の機種・OSなどの端末情報IP address and device information such as model and OS
• 広告の表示・視聴・タップなどの操作情報Ad interactions such as impressions, views, and taps

パーソナライズ広告は、端末の設定（設定 › Google › 広告 など）から広告IDのリセットや削除、オプトアウトができます。Google による情報の利用については Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用 をご覧ください。

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (e.g. Settings › Google › Ads). For how Google uses this information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

その他の通信・共有Other Network Access and Sharing

• 画面の文字表示のため、Google Fonts からフォントを読み込みます。この際、Google のサーバーに IP アドレスなどが送信されます。The App loads fonts from Google Fonts to display text. Your IP address and similar information are sent to Google's servers in this process.
• 作品の画像やパズルのデータはアプリに同梱されており、表示のために外部と通信することはありません。Artwork images and puzzle data are bundled with the App and do not require network access to display.
• 結果の共有機能は、ユーザーが操作したときにだけ端末の共有機能を開きます。共有先へ送られる内容は、ユーザーが選んだ画像・文章のみです。The share feature only opens your device's share sheet when you use it. Only the image or text you choose is sent to the destination you select.

作品画像についてAbout the Artwork

本アプリで使用している作品画像は、メトロポリタン美術館、クリーブランド美術館、アムステルダム国立美術館などが CC0 またはパブリックドメインとして公開しているものです。

The artwork images in the App are published under CC0 or in the public domain by institutions including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Cleveland Museum of Art, and the Rijksmuseum.

第三者への提供Third-Party Disclosure

当開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの情報を第三者に提供・販売・共有することはありません。上記の Firebase Analytics・AdMob による情報の収集は、Google の責任において行われます。

The Developer does not share, sell, or disclose user information to third parties except as required by law. Data collection by Firebase Analytics and AdMob described above is conducted under Google's responsibility.

データの削除Deleting Your Data

端末内に保存された記録は、本アプリをアンインストールするか、端末の設定からアプリのデータを削除することで消去できます。Google アカウントへのバックアップは、Google ドライブのバックアップ設定から削除できます。

You can erase the records stored on your device by uninstalling the App or clearing its data in your device settings. Backups in your Google Account can be deleted from your Google Drive backup settings.
