OshiraLabs（以下「当開発者」）は、CALtoPDF（以下「本アプリ」）におけるプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリが収集・利用する情報について説明するものです。
OshiraLabs ("Developer") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how CALtoPDF ("App") collects and uses information.
CALtoPDFは、端末のカレンダーに登録されている予定を読み取り、PDF・HTML・CSV・ICS・テキストに書き出すアプリです。本アプリはカレンダーの予定を読み取るだけで、カレンダーへの書き込みや、予定の変更・削除は一切行いません。
CALtoPDF reads the events already on your device's calendars and exports them as PDF, HTML, CSV, ICS, or plain text. The App only reads your calendar — it never writes to it, and never modifies or deletes any event.
本アプリは、以下の2つの方法で情報を収集することがあります。

アプリの使われ方を把握するためにGoogle Analytics for Firebaseを、アプリが異常終了した際の診断情報（端末の機種、OSのバージョン、発生箇所など）を受け取るためにFirebase Crashlyticsを利用しています。収集するのは、書き出した形式・レイアウト・渡し方（保存／共有／印刷／コピー）、「予定あり」表示の使用有無、件数の幅、「PDFtoCALで取り込む」の利用状況といった操作に関する情報です。これらのサービスはFirebaseインストールIDやアプリインスタンスIDなどの識別子を使用し、IPアドレスからおおよその地域を推定することがあります。
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used, such as the export format, layout, and delivery method (save / share / print / copy), whether "Busy" display is used, event counts as ranges, and use of "Import with PDFtoCAL". We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive diagnostic information when the App crashes, such as the device model, OS version, and where the crash happened. These services use identifiers such as the Firebase installation ID and app instance ID, and may estimate your approximate region from your IP address.
予定のタイトル・日時・場所・説明、キーワード、カレンダー名、アカウント名は一切含めません。件数は「0 / 1〜10 / 11〜50 / 51以上」のような幅でのみ記録し、正確な件数は送りません。
We never include event titles, dates, times, locations, descriptions, keywords, calendar names, or account names. Event counts are recorded only as ranges (such as "0 / 1–10 / 11–50 / 51+"), never as exact numbers.

本アプリは、Androidの「カレンダーの読み取り」権限（READ_CALENDAR）のみを使用します。カレンダーへの書き込み権限は要求せず、ストレージ権限も要求しません。本アプリがAndroidのCalendarProvider APIを通じて読み取るのは以下の情報です：
The App uses only Android's "Read calendar" permission (READ_CALENDAR). It does not request calendar write permission, and it does not request any storage permission. Through the Android CalendarProvider API, the App reads:
これらの情報は端末内でのみ処理され、当開発者を含む外部へ送信・収集されることはありません。本アプリは予定を保存するデータベースを持たず、書き出しのたびにカレンダーから読み取ります。
This information is processed only on your device and is never sent to or collected by the Developer or any other party. The App does not keep a database of your events — it reads from your calendar fresh each time you export.
書き出したPDF・HTML・CSV・ICS・テキストファイルは、ユーザーが選んだ保存先・共有先・印刷先・コピー先にのみ渡されます。渡すために端末内のキャッシュに一時ファイルを作成しますが、このファイルは自動的に削除されます（次回の書き出し時と、アプリ起動時に、作成から1時間を超えたものが削除されます）。
Exported PDF, HTML, CSV, ICS, or text files are handed only to the save location, sharing target, printer, or clipboard you choose. To do this, the App creates a temporary file in its on-device cache; this file is deleted automatically (files older than one hour are cleared both the next time you export and each time the App starts).
共有・保存・印刷・コピーの先での取り扱いは、受け取ったサービスやアプリ自身のプライバシーポリシーに従います。当開発者はその後の取り扱いについて責任を負いません。
How the receiving service or app handles the file afterward is governed by that service's own privacy policy. The Developer bears no responsibility for its handling once delivered.
書き出したICSファイルは、「PDFtoCALで取り込む」機能により、当開発者の別アプリであるPDFtoCALへ直接渡すことができます。この受け渡しは端末内で行われ、ファイルの内容がインターネットを経由して送信されることはありません。PDFtoCALがインストールされていない場合は、Google Playのストアページを開きます。
An exported ICS file can be handed directly to PDFtoCAL, another app by the Developer, using "Import with PDFtoCAL". This handoff happens entirely on your device; the file's contents are never transmitted over the internet. If PDFtoCAL is not installed, the App opens its Google Play store listing instead.
渡した後のファイルの取り扱いは、PDFtoCALのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
How the file is handled after that is governed by PDFtoCAL's own privacy policy.
本アプリがインターネット接続を使用する目的は以下に限定されます：

上記を除き、お客様のカレンダーの予定や書き出したファイルの内容が本アプリによって外部（Oshira Labsのサーバーや第三者）に送信されることはありません。
Other than as described above, no calendar data or exported file content is transmitted externally — to any Oshira Labs server or third party — by the App.

当開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供・開示することはありません。当開発者がユーザーのデータを販売することもありません。
The Developer does not share personal information with third parties except as required by law. The Developer does not sell your data.
上記の第三者サービスによるデータの収集・処理は、各サービス提供者（主にGoogle）がサービス提供者（処理者）の立場で行うものです。
Data collection and processing by the third-party services listed above is carried out by each service provider (primarily Google) acting as a service provider (processor).
本アプリは、カレンダーの予定そのものを端末内に保存することはありません。書き出しのたびにカレンダーから読み取ります。
The App does not store your calendar events themselves on your device at all — it reads them fresh from your calendar each time you export.
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスでは、広告に関する同意の選択に応じて、FirebaseとGoogleアナリティクスを通じた広告目的でのデータ利用も制御されます（Google同意モード）。上記「分析とクラッシュ報告」で説明した利用状況の分析は、同意の有無にかかわらず、アプリの改善を目的として行われます。
In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, your consent choices for ads also control how Google may use data for advertising purposes through Firebase and Google Analytics (Google Consent Mode). The usage analytics described under "Analytics and Crash Reports" above are collected to improve the App regardless of your consent choice.
選択は、ヘルプ画面内の「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。広告IDのリセットやパーソナライズ広告のオプトアウトは、端末設定（設定 › Google › 広告）からも変更できます。
You can change your choice at any time from "Ad privacy settings" in the Help screen. You can also reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads from your device settings (Settings › Google › Ads).
本アプリは、Android OSが提供する自動バックアップを無効化していません。そのため、アプリの設定（書き出し形式・レイアウト・期間などの選択）は、ほかのアプリの設定と同様に、ユーザーのGoogleアカウントへの端末バックアップおよび機種変更時のデータ移行の対象になることがあります。本アプリはカレンダーの予定を端末内に保存しないため、予定の内容がバックアップに含まれることはありません。
The App does not disable Android's automatic backup feature. As a result, app preferences (such as your chosen export format, layout, and period) may be included, like other app settings, in your device's backup to your Google account and in data transfer when you switch devices. Since the App does not store your calendar events on your device, no event content is ever included in that backup.
